And also the press can work for semi-radial tires or nylon bias tires with one set of additional post cure inflator. The machine is B-type side link. Which consists of main machinecenteal mechanism, mechanic claw, steam dome, segmented mould controler, tyre stripping machine, unloader, cooling roll way, driving water piping, steam piping, force measure device, lubricating system, electrical conteol system, compressed air piping, safety device, top link device etc.

1 initial state
2 M2the second mould platen goes down
3 M1the first mould platen goes down
4 load the mould, main cylinder goes up rapidly
5 vacuum cover goes down, suck out the air, increase pressure and expel bubbles out
6 vacuum cover goes up, vulcanizing
7 open the mould, push out the mould
8 M1the first mould platen goes up
9 M2the second mould platen goes up and opens the mould

2 lower platen(L) goes down,M2the second mould platen goes up, M3the third mould platen goes forward with the slide plate
3 M2the second mould platen and M1the first mould platen go down
4 load the mould, main cylinder goes up
5 vacuum cover goes down, suck out the air, increase pressure and expel bubbles out
6 vacuum cover goes up, vulcanizing
7 open the mould, push out the mould
8 M1the first mould platen goes up
9 M2the second mould platen goes up and opens the mould
10M3the third mould platen goes back with the slide plate
11M2the second mould platen goes down and locating
12lower plate (L)goes up ,take out the finished product, clean the mould.
